A 92' Civic that gets 95mpg. Meet the "Aerocivic"

An EcoModder named "basjoos" took about $400 in readily available hardware store items, and 250 hours of his time spread out over the past 2 years to turn his 1992 Honda Civic into what he calls "the Aerocivic" (an ugly as sin vehicle that gets 95mpg.)

Ok, so it's ugly, but this still pretty much kills the automotive industry claims that it can't be done. Imagine what $800 and a Prelude would get you?
